6.1 Overview
We offer a virtual gifting and reward system where users can purchase and send virtual items ("ZiggCoins") to streamers during live broadcasts. These ZiggCoins may represent appreciation and unlock exclusive content, badges, status levels, or tangible platform-based benefits.
6.2 Purchasing Zigg-Coins
ZiggCoins are available for purchase in-app using approved payment methods.
Prices for ZiggCoins are listed clearly at the point of purchase.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
6.3 Gifting ZiggCoins
ZiggCoins may be gifted during live streams to support or reward Creators.
Gifting may trigger visual, audio, or interactive responses (e.g., animations, shout-outs, games).
ZiggCoins may be associated with in-stream benefits, like priority messages, spotlight recognition, or voting privileges.
Gifting ZiggCoins does not entitle users to any ownership interest or contractual rights in a Creator’s earnings.
6.4 Redemption by Creators
Creators may redeem ZiggCoins for monetary compensation or platform perks, in accordance with our Creator Reward Program.
We reserve the right to modify the conversion rate, processing fees, and payout thresholds with reasonable notice.
Creators are solely responsible for reporting income from rewards to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) or other relevant authority.

Streamers may earn a share of their received virtual gifts' value through our Creator Rewards Program.
Conversion rates are determined by us and may change at any time.
A minimum withdrawal threshold of AUD $100 (10.000 ZiggCoins) applies for completing a cash out.
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse rewards in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Ziggsta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on or in connection with the Platform.

Payments for ZiggCoins and purchases are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
All amounts are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to hold or withhold funds in the event of a dispute or violation.
You are responsible for any applicable GST or other taxes.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored and any ZiggCoins on your account will be lost.

You agree to indemnify and hold Ziggsta, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
